ADA - conditioning and treatment

ADA uses products that remove chlorine and other pollutants from tap water (ADA Aqua Conditioner Chlor-Off), remove turbidity and provide clarity (ADA Aqua Conditioner Clear Water) or produce soft and acidic water values. The water conditioner Aqua Conditioner Soft Water or a softener can be used for this purpose. The latter is a glassware which is filled with exchange resin and installed in the aquarium. Thus a constant water softening takes place. This is highly recommended when calcareous stones such as Seiryu or Frodo Stones have been used in an aquascape, which permanently harden up the water.
