Description

The MiniUP by EHEIM is small, gives excellent performance and is simple to fix to the tank with suction cups. The filter sucks the water in through vents, carries it through the filter sponge and directs it further up, cleaned, back into the tank. The MiniUP can also connect with an outlet hose in order to adjust the outflow direction. The water flow rate can be regulated by a slider on the pump head.

The MiniUP ist available with the EHEIM filter pad, ready to use. It is suitable for frehwater and seawater.

Warning notes:

Do not allow the device packaging and small parts to come into the hands of children or persons who are not aware of their actions, as this may pose hazards (risk of suffocation!). Keep away from animals.
This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless supervised or instructed accordingly and they understand the dangers.
This device may be used by children aged 8 and above and by persons with reduced capabilities, if supervised or instructed and if they understand the associated risks. Children must not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance must only be carried out under supervision.
Immediately disconnect all devices in the aquarium from the mains in the event of a leakage or if the residual current device trips.
Always disconnect all devices in the aquarium from the mains when not in use, before installing or removing parts, and before all cleaning and maintenance work.
Protect the socket and plug from moisture and wetness. Always form a drip loop with the power cable to prevent water from reaching the socket and causing a short circuit.
The electrical data of the device must match the data of the power supply. You can find this information on the rating plate, packaging or in the manual.

General notes:

The device must never be operated outside of water.
The power cable of this device cannot be replaced. If the cable is damaged, the device must be disposed of.

Perform a visual inspection before use to ensure that the device, power cable and plug are undamaged.
Repairs must only be carried out by an EHEIM service centre.
Only perform work that is described in the manual.
Never make technical modifications to the device.
Use only original spare parts and accessories for the device.
We recommend protecting all electrical aquarium devices with a residual current device rated at a maximum of 30 mA.
