Description

Angkor Trees are artistically crafted wooden decorations for aquariums, mounted on a natural slate base. With their weathered and branched appearance, they resemble ancient trees rising from the water, creating a unique and almost mystical atmosphere in the aquarium. Especially in planted layouts, Angkor Trees come into their own by adding structure and depth to the aquascape. The natural grain and branching of the wood create a vivid, authentic look and provide fish and invertebrates with shelter and orientation.

Each piece is entirely unique. The sets are pre-assembled when they arrive at Aquasabi, which means that shape and exact dimensions cannot be selected individually. The photos shown are examples. The included roots vary in shape and size, as indicated in the table below.

The wood is not pre-soaked, so the time it takes for individual pieces to sink may vary. As a natural material, the roots may release tannins into the water, causing a slight brownish tint. These substances are harmless and can be easily removed with Seachem Purigen if necessary.
