Bumblebee Stone by WIO is a popular aquascaping rock with a striking and vibrant colouration, formed through the effects of heat, pressure and shear on igneous and sedimentary rock. The fine-grained layers of this stone display warm orange tones with brownish shades, enabling the creation of highly impactful aquascapes.

The texture and colouring of Bumblebee Stone make it a versatile choice for a wide range of aquascaping styles. It combines well with driftwood, creating a natural aesthetic.

An optimal colour combination can be achieved with Bumblebee River Sand, El Dorado River Sand or Tigris River Sand. These combinations emphasise warm colour nuances, complementing the natural warmth and texture of the stone and creating a cohesive and visually appealing aquatic landscape.

Bumblebee Stone is a durable and long-lasting rock that is resistant to erosion and decay, making it an ideal choice for aquariums and terrariums. It also has a neutral pH and is inert, meaning it does not affect the water chemistry of the aquarium or terrarium. Note

These stone sets are untreated natural products. They can be used in both aquariums and terrariums. It is recommended to clean the stones before use and rinse them under running water. This helps remove fine dust particles that could otherwise cause cloudiness when setting up an aquarium. Small residues of moss or lichen cannot be completely ruled out.
The sets are pre-packed before reaching Aquasabi and cannot be opened or modified.

Product Safety

Dust may temporarily irritate eyes and skin. Avoid contact and rinse with water if necessary.
Small fragments may be swallowed by children or pets. Keep out of reach.

General information:

Calcareous stones may increase pH and KH levels in the water. Especially in soft water or sensitive aquariums, regularly check pH and KH values.
Rinse thoroughly before use and place slowly into the aquarium. Fine mechanical filtration may be necessary for 24 to 48 hours to remove dust and cloudiness.
Stones should be positioned directly on the tank base or on a foam mat before adding substrate. Avoid point loads. When stacking, use glue or aquarium putty for stability.
Do not throw stones. Place carefully to avoid damage or injury. Keep away from children and pets.
Store dry and in the original packaging. Avoid breakage during transport. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Handling instructions:

Preparation: Rinse stones thoroughly with clean water. Do not use cleaning agents.
Placement: Position on a stable surface. If necessary, wedge or secure with suitable adhesive. Then add substrate.
Filling the aquarium: Pour water slowly over a plate or plastic sheet to avoid disturbing the layout.
Monitoring: Regularly measure pH and KH values during the first weeks, especially when using calcareous stones or in aquariums with soft water.
