Description

WIO Decor Shell Shelter from the manufacturer WIO contains natural and hand-picked, large snail shells that are ideal for designing an aquarium. These snail and shell shells are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also an ideal home for small fish. East African cave breeders such as snail cichlids use the shells to place their spawn and nurse their fry. In marine aquariums, the enclosures can provide a home and habitat for a variety of creatures.

Providing shells for animals that use them in the wild not only makes the biotope appear more authentic, but also enriches the inhabitants by allowing them to perform natural behaviours and meet their instinctive and physiological needs.
The snail shells also add a very dynamic and beautiful aesthetic to the aquarium and can even be used as part of a biotope with terrestrial plants, amphibians, reptiles or insects to create a natural and unique scene.

Do not ingest. Keep away from mouth and eyes. In case of accidental ingestion or contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.

General notes:

This product is composed of natural shell materials. Variations in colour, shape, size, and texture are inherent.
Shells may increase kH and alter pH and gH levels. Regular water parameter monitoring is recommended, especially when introducing small quantities.
Minerals may be released into the water. Ongoing water parameter checks are advisable.

Handling notes:

Rinse thoroughly with potable water before use to remove debris or particles.
Place shells gently within the aquarium or terrarium to avoid damage.
Avoid forceful placement or dropping onto hard surfaces.
Do not throw or misuse this product. Never throw it towards people, animals, or fragile objects.
Store in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity.
Dispose of packaging and used shells responsibly in accordance with local regulations. Do not release shells or rinse water into natural watercourses or the environment outside the intended use.
