Description
The Carbon prefilter foam by Oase is suitable for the BioMaster / Biomaster Thermo filters and ensures permanently clear, healthy aquarium water. The appeal lies in its enormous resilience and it has a high dimensional stability. The water flows through the prefilter foam constantly and regularly due to the fixed pore size. In addition, it is absolutely compatible for all animals, plants and microorganisms.The Carbon pre-filter foam is available in packs of 4 and 6, whereby the small version is sufficient for the BioMaster 250. The BioMaster 350 and 600 filters each require set 6.
The bioCarb carbon sponges have an activated carbon coating and should therefore not be used as filter sponges in the long term. After max. 2 weeks they should be removed and replaced by neutral filter sponges.
