Fluval AquaClear activated carbon is a powerful filter medium for AquaClear high-performance filters that specifically removes pollutants, impurities and odours from the aquarium water. Thanks to its highly porous structure, the activated carbon enables particularly effective adsorption of organic waste, chlorine and medication residues without removing valuable minerals.
The activated carbon ensures clear water quality, reduces turbidity and supports biological filtration by promoting the growth of beneficial bacteria.
For optimum results, Fluval AquaClear activated carbon should be replaced regularly to ensure constant filter performance.
