Description

The WIO Stones Titan Boulder consists of a combination of various rounded stones in a marbled grey tone. This unique metamorphic rock features the same grey-blue-green colour palette and delicate white layers as Titan Stone. The difference lies in its beautifully rounded surface, which mimics the form of timeless boulders shaped by the forces of nature. Boulders naturally resemble stones that have been smoothed by erosion and weathering.

Titan Boulder, formed deep within the Earth under intense pressure and high temperatures, adds a breathtaking touch to any Iwagumi-style aquascape. Its curved surface reflects light in different ways, highlighting various colours and creating an appealing, ever-changing visual effect.

Titan Boulder is an inert rock that does not affect water parameters and is therefore safe for all aquatic life, including sensitive plants and animals.

Note

These stone sets are untreated natural products. They can be used in both aquariums and terrariums. It is recommended to clean the stones before use and rinse them under running water. This helps remove fine dust particles that could otherwise cause cloudiness when setting up an aquarium. Small residues of moss or lichen cannot be completely ruled out.
The sets are pre-packed before reaching Aquasabi and cannot be opened or modified.

Product Safety

General information:

Calcareous stones may increase pH and KH levels in the water. Especially in soft water or sensitive aquariums, regularly check pH and KH values.
Rinse thoroughly before use and place slowly into the aquarium. Fine mechanical filtration may be necessary for 24 to 48 hours to remove dust and cloudiness.
Stones should be positioned directly on the tank base or on a foam mat before adding substrate. Avoid point loads. When stacking, use glue or aquarium putty for stability.
Do not throw stones. Place carefully to avoid damage or injury. Keep away from children and pets.
Store dry and in the original packaging. Avoid breakage during transport. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Handling instructions:

Preparation: Rinse stones thoroughly with clean water. Do not use cleaning agents.
Placement: Position on a stable surface. If necessary, wedge or secure with suitable adhesive. Then add substrate.
Filling the aquarium: Pour water slowly over a plate or plastic sheet to avoid disturbing the layout.
Monitoring: Regularly measure pH and KH values during the first weeks, especially when using calcareous stones or in aquariums with soft water.
