This sea almond tree bark is imported from Cambodia.
The bark of the sea almond tree, which thrives in the tropics and is also known as the catappen tree, can be used in many ways.
It is suitable as an alternative decoration that has a natural effect and is not found in every aquarium.
Endowed with substances such as flavonoids, saponin and natural tannins, sea almond bark effectively contributes to the well-being of all inhabitants.

Usage
About 1-2 bark pieces per 20 l water. It is recommended to rinse the bark with hot water before use. In the aquarium the pieces will float for up to one day before they sink. They can be soaked in a separate vessel before, however the bark releases a greater amount of active substances if it is put directly into the tank.
The ingredients are released over a period of about 2 weeks. After that, the bark can remain in the aquarium.
