Woodbed Biotope Roots from the WIOdecor BiotopeBeds series by manufacturer WIO is an ideal mix of small branches, roots and bark which naturally accumulate on the forest floor or riverbed.
The selected wood pieces possess the unique feature that once waterlogged, they will remain at the bottom of the aquarium and will not decompose for years. Woodbed can be used in aquariums, paludariums and terrariums, creating an ideal and realistic biotope impression. It presents great benefits for fauna by providing natural acids, organic nutrients and hiding places. Moreover, Woodbed brings new possibilities to the biotope creator, aquascaper, rainforest artist or vivarium enthusiast as it will add additional detail, complexity and wabi-sabi effect to your designs. WoodBed can be mixed with Mulchbed Biotope for further complexity and realism.
