Description

The Qanvee Water Changer is a practical water change system for aquariums. The enlarged priming bulb fits comfortably in the hand and enables quick water changes by allowing fast siphon starting.

The individual components of the water change system can be easily taken apart for cleaning. This allows hoses and tubes to be cleaned thoroughly, making routine maintenance easier. The large priming bulb provides comfortable handling and enables fast siphon starting. Different sizes are available for aquariums of varying heights. For optimum performance, the appropriate model should be selected according to the height of the aquarium. The water change system can optionally be expanded with a gravel cleaner and an extension tube (available for the C-600 model only).

Application

Position and secure the intake tube inside the aquarium. Place the hose end into a suitable bucket or other collection container. Ensure that the hand pump is installed in the correct flow direction. The arrow on the hand pump must point towards the collection container so that the QV logo appears upside down. Then squeeze the priming bulb several times until the siphon starts and the aquarium water drains in a controlled manner.
