Mopani Wood is a sandblasted, colourful decoration material for all aquariums. The mostly bicoloured woods create an outstanding optical depth in the tank. The wood can be planted with moss or other epiphytes, like fern, to enhance a natural impression. Mopani Wood ensure a great variablity of decoration possibilities.
Each piece is absolutely unique. The woods are pre-assembled before they reach Aquasabi, so we do not have any influence on the form or exact dimensions. The sets cannot be opened and no alternations can be made. The portrait fotographs serve as examples. The delivered wood pieces differ in form and size according to the table below.
The wood is not pre-watered which is why the time to sink may vary.
Wood is a natural product. Therefore, it is possible that it turns the water more or less brown. Seachem Purigen can remove such brown discolourations by tannins reliably.

I cannot tell you how happy I was with my received wood pack.
Sadly as they already pre packed I could not ask to see them or pick before ordering online. But let me tell you! It was one of best mystery box I have received! Good variation in interesting shapes as well as beautiful colours. Love that they have been sand blasted so there is no need to clean the bark off as it is smoothened out and no access bark left. I lightly washed them as well as soaked in hot water for couple of days. Lovely orange tannings made my black water tank for betta looking incredible!
Wish it was possible to share some pictures here. Looks great!
