Description
The most outstanding features of the Juwel Eccoflow pumps are their particularly quiet running and low power consumption. This is a result of the double bearing of the impeller and an explicit adjustment to the respective pump capacity. The bypass principle produces an independent and continuous cleaning in the impeller chamber. The aquarium pumps are TÜV and GS certified and are available in 5 different performance classes 300, 500, 600, 1,000 and 1,500 l/h. In addition, the Eccoflow SeaSkim has a ceramic shaft, which guarantees the smooth use of the pump in seawater. In addition, all pumps can be combined with the separately available Eccoflow ceramic axles for a saltwater aquarium.

Warranty
2-year warranty
Juwel guarantees the performance of their products for the duration of two years, given that the purchasing person is also the consumer. The legal defect rights towards Aquasabi GmbH & Co. KG according to §§ 437 ff. BGB (German Civil Code) are not compromised by this warranty. The exact content of the warranty and all important declarations that regard its enforcement can be read in here in detail.

"(1) This guarantee extends to the JUWEL-Aquarium product and its components excluding items subject to wear and tear such as T5 & T8 light tubes and filter media. It is limited to the product as such and does not cover damage to other property and/or individuals. In addition, the provisions of the product liability law apply. These provisions are not limited by the aforementioned arrangement. [...]"

The original (EccoFlow 500) pump that came with the aquarium was not powerful enough to provide an adequate water circulation in the dead zones created by the aquascaping choices.
