The ProFlora Basic pressure regulator from JBL makes it possible to reduce the cylinder pressure from 60 bar to a low working pressure of 1,5 bar in order to make the CO2-supply controllable.
To reduce the pressure, the ProFlora Basic is screwed onto the CO2 gas-cylinder and the pressure is adjusted using the fine needle valve.
Both reusable CO2-cylinders (system M) and disposable CO2-cylinders (system U) can be used, thanks to the unscrewable wheel nut (W21.8x1/14). This is unscrewed with the aid of a hex key so that the M10x1.
The ProFlora pressure reducer is made of anodised aluminium, which has been machined precisely with a CNC milling machine. Long-term use is supported with the existing seal made of a durable sealing washer.
A safety relief valve allows for safe release of excessively high working pressure.
The pressure regulator is available in three different versions.
