Description

JBL ProFlora Bio CO₂ Set is a CO₂ fertiliser system for freshwater aquariums with 10-40 l, 40-80 l or 40-110 l. The system supplies aquarium plants with CO₂ for healthy and strong growth. It also prevents algae in the aquarium. No CO₂ pressure cylinder is necessary. The system works exclusively via a biological process. The CO₂ fertiliser system has a uniform CO₂ production due to the immediate and long-term buffer system. Biocomponents can be purchased individually for refilling.

Application

The lid of the reaction beaker is opened fully so that reaction component A and B can be filled in separately.

Next, approx. 20-25°C warm water is filled into the beaker until it reaches the upper marking ring. It should always be only one sachet of component A and B, never more. In addition, the water should not reach over the marked line.

Now, the lid is screwed onto the beaker thoroughly - a seal ring supports the strong hold. Shake the beaker shortly while keeping the upper openening for the tube connection closed with a thumb. Ready to be used, the reaction bottle can now be placed vertically close to the tank. Connecting the tube, the check valve should be installed between the reaction bottle and the aquarium with the little arrow pointing into the direction of the aquarium (with the CO₂ flow). The production will start within the next 24-48 hours.
