The Hobby Hygro-Plus is used to increase the air and substrate humidity in a terrarium. The moist mist protects the plants from drying out and covers the liquid requirement. The water is atomised into mist using ultrasound technology. The fogger switches off automatically when the water level is below 45 mm.

The Hobby Hygro-Plus is placed in a water container in the terrarium. The water level control sensor should be 5 - 30 mm below the water surface. The fogger atomises about 150 - 200 ml of water per hour of operation. When the minimum level is reached, the unit switches off automatically.
