Description

GlasGarten Snail Safe is the perfect solution to keep snails from leaving open tanks and dry out or fall off the aquarium stand and break. The transparent paste is placed in a thin layer on the aquarium's wall or around small openings in the lid. It, then, secures especially those snail species that are known for their escape arts (such as Neritina, Clithon or Vittina) which tend to get lost outside of the tank and perish there.

Snail Safe is uncomfortable for snails, which is why they stay within the barrier, but it is absolutely harmless to all aquarium inhabitants.

Application

Take a small amount of the paste with your finger and apply to dry underground such as the aquarium lid or the tank's side wall. Small irregularities can be repaired easily. Unwanted residues can be removed with a dry kitchen towel. It is recommended to check the barrier from time to time to make sure it is still complete.
Snail Safe adheres to dry surfaces as glass, plastic, wood, metal, etc. and is water-repellent.
