Description

The solenoid valve for the EHEIM powerLED+ is specially designed for use with the EHEIM LEDcontrol+ lighting control system. This combination automatically shuts off the CO2 supply during the sunset phase, keeping it off overnight. At dawn, the CO2 supply is reactivated. Additionally, the solenoid valve can be used with other EHEIM digital devices, such as the EHEIM pHcontrol+e, enabling CO2 control based on light cycles and pH levels either individually or in combination. This solenoid valve can also be operated without smart control using a timer. It only requires the separately available EHEIM powerLED Power Supply 20W.

Warning notes:

Use is only permitted if the CO₂ hose connections are undamaged.
CO₂ cylinders are under high pressure. Store in a cool place and protect from direct sunlight and heat above 50°C.
Do not inhale CO₂ gas. It is odourless, heavier than air, and suffocating in high concentrations.
Do not open CO₂ cylinders by force.
Disposable cylinders must not be refilled and should be disposed of after use.
Operate cylinders only with suitable pressure regulators.

General notes:

Do not use the device if the CO₂ hoses or components are damaged.
Repairs may only be carried out by authorised service centres.
Store CO₂ cylinders in well-ventilated areas, not in cellars.
Only refill reusable CO₂ cylinders at authorised filling stations.

Handling notes:

Check the device and CO₂ connections for damage before use.
Operate the device according to the instructions. Do not modify it.
Use only original spare parts and accessories.
Disconnect the device from the power supply when not in use or before maintenance/cleaning.
Secure cylinders against tipping and operate only upright.
When transporting in vehicles, secure cylinders properly and ensure adequate ventilation.
