Description
Dupla Duresin N is a regenerable, alkaline anion exchanger that has been specially developed for the effective removal of nitrates in freshwater aquariums. With its high nitrate selectivity, it binds residual nitrates in the permeate, the pure water of a reverse osmosis system. A quantity of 1,000 ml of Duresin N can bind up to 60,000 mg of nitrate, which ensures a lasting reduction in the nitrate concentration. It is ideal for use in a separate filter housing directly behind the reverse osmosis system or in a mesh bag in the aquarium filter system.
