Description
Dennerle Shrimp King Cambarellus is a specially developed staple food for dwarf crayfish that optimally replicates their natural feeding habits. In the wild, crayfish feed on both animal and plant-based food – and this broad spectrum is covered by the balanced recipe of this food. High-quality insect larvae provide essential amino acids for healthy growth and reproduction, while plant-based ingredients such as spirulina, chlorella, pumpkin, dandelion and ribwort plantain provide important vitamins and trace elements.
Minerals from algal lime and montmorillonite promote problem-free moulting and support the development of a stable shell. In addition, beta-glucans strengthen the crayfish’s own immune defences. The natural pigment astaxanthin from Haematococcus algae ensures intense and vivid colouration, especially in orange-coloured species such as Cambarellus patzcuarensis. The dimensionally stable food sticks are easy to grasp, break down only slowly and therefore help to reduce water pollution.

Application
Feeding recommendation:
Feed daily as much as the crayfish can consume within approx. 1 hour. Uneaten food residues should be removed after 24 hours at the latest.
