The Aquael Ultra Heater D&N is an aquarium heater designed for precise temperature control during both day and night. The innovative technology of this device allows for the maintenance of constant water temperatures or the replication of natural temperature fluctuations between day and night, as found in aquatic ecosystems. The features of the Ultra Heater Day&Night include a fully electronic system without susceptible mechanical components, an integrated thermal cut-off to prevent overheating, and a display that clearly shows both the current and set temperatures. The device is equipped with Smart Heating System technology that intelligently adjusts heating power as needed and ensures thermostat precision of +/- 0,25°C.
The modern, flat design of the heater seamlessly integrates into any aquarium's appearance, while the shatterproof housing ensures even heat distribution. Thanks to the DAY & NIGHT SENSOR, the Ultra Heater D&N intuitively adapts to light conditions and switches accordingly between modes. Users can choose between a constant mode, which maintains the same temperature throughout day and night, and a D&N mode, which allows for different temperatures during day and night. This feature creates conditions as close as possible to natural thermal environments by mimicking the daily temperature amplitude in the aquarium.

Application
BASIC MODE: Desired temperatures are set using a button and indicated by LED lights. Blue LEDs represent temperatures from 20-23°C, green from 24-29°C, and red from 30-33°C. Pressing the button increases the temperature by 1°C. After setting, all LEDs briefly flash to confirm the temperature is saved. If the maximum temperature of 33°C is reached, another press resets it to 20°C.
The heater displays the current water temperature: if it's below the set temperature, the LEDs pulse up to the set temperature. If the current temperature matches the set one, a single LED lights continuously. If the current temperature is higher, the corresponding LED flashes rapidly.
D&N MODE (Day & Night): This mode is activated by shifting the sensor cover to ON. In sufficient light, the heater operates in Day Mode, indicated by a white LED. Temperatures can be set as in Basic Mode and remain active until the lights go out. At night, a different temperature can be set, ideally 1-2°C different from the day setting, to mimic natural conditions. For setting the Night temperature, you can simply cover the sensor briefly.
