The FAN Filter Plus Standard filter sponge is made for the FAN filter plus from Aquael for mechanical and biological filtration. With its fine-pored structure, the filter sponge provides a large surface area for beneficial microorganisms that help maintain the biological balance in the aquarium. FAN filter plus Standard is available in five sizes and each pack contains two sponges.
