Description
The EHEIM double shut-off tap with quick-release coupling is installed between the hose lines of the external filter and allows easy disconnection of the filter from the water circuit. The hose connection can be safely, cleanly, and drip-free released or reconnected with a single hand movement.
The couplings of the 10 mm and 13 mm diameter versions are identical and can therefore be combined with each other. This means, for example, that a 13 mm or 12/16 mm hose can be used on a filter with a 10 mm or 9/12 mm connection. This is particularly helpful when glassware such as Lily Pipes with 13 mm or 12/16 mm connections are to be used.
