Eleocharis pusilla (parvula)

Shipment was super fast and packaging was great as always.

Though i am not 100% satisfied because it had some brown roots, probably rotting, although it did not have foul smell or mushy feeling, at the main plants.

On the other hand, it produced inside the cup so many runners in perfect health it appears this plant was (and hopefully still is) super healthy and strong.

It is very hard to cut it into pieces and plant it but it worth the outcome. When you try to separate it, many pieces will detach themselves from the reast. I would recommend to cut the larger pieces in small ones, you dont need big portions, it will grow fasts in favourable conditions.

Be careful to buy less then the recommended portions in in vitro plants like this. You can easily have about 12 portions from xl version, and if you are patient and experienced probably even as many as 20.

Grows slower than other eleocharis, but looks great and is very hardy. Have received very different pots in terms of height of the plant and number of leaves.

The XL has a very generous amount of eleocharis, in an excellent condition. Much better option than the potted version.

It came in good condition. Its a very easy plant for carpeting your tank, the Vitro XL will give you a big portion of this.
