Your personal data will only be passed on or transmitted to third parties if this is necessary for concluding and carrying out the contract.     Your personal data stored in our data processing system will be deleted as soon as you revoke your approval to their storage, when the data are no longer needed for thefulfilment of the purpose they were originally stored for or if their storage is or becomes inadmissible for any other legal reasons.

    5. Secupay

    If you pay via „secupay Lastschrift“ (direct debit) and „secupay Kreditkarte“ (credit card), the claim to the purchase price is assigned to secupay AG, Goethestraße 6, 01896 Pulsnitz, Germany. Your bank account or credit card will be charged as soon as the order is completed.

    All data necessary for payment processing are passed on to secupay AG. In order to assess the credit risk, secupay AG has the right to check the solvency of the purchaser. We receive information regarding your payment history and solvency information on the basis of mathematical/statistical methods including your address details (scoring) from infoscore Consumer Data GmbH, Rheinstraße 99, 76532 Baden-Baden as well as from EOS Payment Solutions GmbH, Steindamm 80, 20099 Hamburg.
