Description
The AQUARIO Neo Flow In-/Outflow Set convinces with its infinite variability and grade of individualisation. This set includes spare parts for an upgrade to version 2 in addition to the normal scope of delivery.
It is made out of PETG (Polyethylene terephthalate modified with glycol), which - in the contratry to glass, regular plastic and stainless steel - is far more elastic. In addition, PETG material provides a particularly high transparency. Before water contact, it seems matte, but as soon as it touches water, it becomes highly transparent.
Neo In- and Outflows are shatterproof and have a small bending radius.
Along with the In- and Outflow the Neo Flow Premium Set contains the unique Neo Skimmer, which makes it easy to remove unwanted scum from the water surface and enhance oxygen exchange while remaining very unobstrusive. Furthermore, the Set contains the special Neo Reliever which allows the reduction of the waterflow intensity as well as the vertical change of the waterflow direction.
Neo Reliever in combination with NEO Skimmer
Due to the characteristics of the used PETG material, it is possible to cut the Neo Flow into the desired lenght by simply using a pipe cutter or small saw. Moreover, it is possible to rotate each part of the tubing by 360° and thus individualise the waterflow direction regarding the aquarium's needs. Therefore, it is also possible to adjust the flow horizontally.
Cleaning the Neo Flow is by far easier than cleaning stainless steel or glas in- and outflows because all the actual inflow and outflow parts are removable from the main tubes. Also, it is possible to clean the PETG with chlorine solution.
For cleaning, simply detach pipe and in-/outflow
Note
The Set ML contains a filter Inflow with a 17 (16/22) mm diameter and an outflow with 13 (12/16) mm diameter.
In order to install the suitable filter guards Aquasabi Filter Guard Fine mesh, simply remove the last part of the filter inlet and attach the filter guard instead.
Also included in this set are spare parts with which the set can be updated to the current version 2 (see scope of delivery). Please note the following:
For the optimal work of the skimmer V.2, the short side of the inlet is too short with its 8 cm, because the skimmer reaches a bit further into the water than the first version. To be able to use the V.2 skimmer without any reduction of power, the long side of the inlet is shortened to 11 cm. The pipe can then be hung in the pool with the shortened side and the V.2 skimmer. A simple saw can be used to shorten the pipe.
As you can see in the photo, the dimensions refer to the inner side of the pipe.

Cleaning
When algae start forming on your PETG equipment or when larger and larger bubbles emerge from your ceramic diffusor it is time for cleaning. PETG-ware is easy to clean, however, it should be done diligently. After the cleaning process, your PETG products will be as good as new.
- You'll need a household bleach containing chlorine without perfumes. When working with chlorine bleach, please make sure you absolutely observe the manufacturer's safety notes.
- Pour some of the bleach into a container and mix with an equal amount of water. Mix so much of this solution that the PETG products you wish to clean are entirely covered
- Soak the PETG-ware in the solution for ½ - 1 hours (depending on the severity of the stains)
- Take it out and rinse thoroughly
- Now all the stains ought to be gone, and your PETG-ware should shine as if new
- Attention: Do not add vinegar to chlorine! Risk of death!

This was a top noch buy! It was my first touch to aquascaping and I am hooked to it now. Why this was not sold many many years ago already. (read more)
Its way more woth the money than buying glass lilypipes. No woories at all of them breaking while cleaning or installing. Would definetly recomend!!
